A recipe from our Master Grill MO!
- Set your smoker to 275 degrees F.
- On your entire baloney piece, make an incision about 1 inch deep over the entire length.
- Repeat this incision every 1 inch.
- Now make a similar incision, but crosswise, going all the way around your piece of bologna.
- Generously sprinkle your piece with a rub to your liking. (I tested with Mike's BBQ Rub Original and it's a success!)
- Place your piece of baloney on the smoker for 2.5 hours.
- Once the smoking is finished, slice the baloney and grill on the BBQ for a result ... Famous!
