For 1 serving:
2 strawberries
1/2 sliced pear
30g Goat cheese
2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
1/2 cup arugula salad
3 (bones) PAT BBQ Ribs
Pat BBQ Creamy Mayonnaise (1 serving)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of mild PAT BBQ sauce
1 teaspoon spicy Pat BBQ spices
Assemble the salad and keep cold until the ribs are ready to serve, add chopped chives to the ribs to taste.
